Description

This steak is hand prepared by our in house butchers using meat sourced from less than 15 mins away from us in Redruth. The beef is both Cornish bred and reared and makes for a fantastically delicious steak.

This firm steak is cut from the rump of a cow. It won’t be quite as tender as sirloin, but it will more than make up for it in flavour.

Each steak is approximately 8oz. Sold individually and vacuum packed with no added water or any other ingredients to ensure maximum taste and freshness.
