Yallah’s relationship with this group of family-focused, small-scale farmers is one they’re most proud of. They’re into our 6th year working together and know many of the producers on a personal level. If you like dense, chocolate, and toffee notes with a silky smooth finish, this is the coffee for you.
Buying direct means Yallah have full transparency of costs and know everyone is happy and well rewarded. The premiums paid for this coffee are at least 50% over the fairtrade minimum price, but the story doesn’t end there. The past year has taught Yallah, more than ever, the value of longterm-relationships. A deep trust has enabled Yallah to contract coffee without visiting farms, whilst Yallah’s commitment to buying has never been questioned. It’s hard to overstate how important this is for their producers.
The natural processing and low acidity of this coffee mean you get lots of punch and sweetness in the espresso. It works really well in all milk-based drinks, including dairy-free.
