Ingredients
300ml Milk Trewithen Dairy
2 Eggs Cornhill Farm
100g Plain Flour
Directions
- Mix together the milk and eggs
- Slowly stir the mixture into the flour until a batter forms
- Oil and preheat a frying pan and add enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan, cook on both sides until golden
- Of course having 3 kids means 3 different toppings. Banana and Tiptree Salted Caramel Spread for Jacca, maple syrup and blueberries for Max. Kensa takes after me and has orange, lemon and sugar.
